Time Appointments are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a leading business based in Colchester for an Order Progress Administrator to join their close-knit, busy team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong administrator to develop their skills and work within a friendly organisation who value their staff.

The successful candidate will be responsible for effectively supporting all functions of order processing and business administration

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring the progress of sales orders despatched from UK and European partners
  • Liaising with suppliers, customers, and logistics companies to track shipments
  • Monitoring of the team inboxes
  • Taking telephone calls and helping deal with queries from clients
  • Providing ad hoc support to the team
  • Any other duties as appropriate

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Proven order processing or sales administration experience preferred
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, written and verbal
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong IT skills including the use of Microsoft software
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • A 'can do’, proactive attitude

As well as a basic salary, the successful candidate will be offered a monthly and end of year performance bonus scheme (subject to eligibility).
