Our client are a prestigious boutique estate agency located near Regent's Park, London. They pride themselves on delivering exceptional service to their high-end clients and are looking for a dedicated Lettings Admin/PA/Accounts Assistant to join the team.

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to fill a full-time position that combines administrative support, accounts assistance, and personal assistant duties. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow within a supportive and dynamic team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lettings Support: Assist the negotiators with brochures, general admin tasks, contract management, document chasing, and property listings.
  • Accounts Assistance: Allocate 20-30% of your time to making payments to landlords, raising purchase orders, and handling invoices. While extensive experience in this area is not necessary, a good grasp of numbers and the ability to learn quickly is essential.
  • Office Coordination: Provide general office coordination and PA support to the Director, including booking meetings and managing his schedule.
  • Client Interaction: Be prepared to pick up the phone proactively and book viewings, especially when the negotiators are out.
Requirements
  • A good understanding of Lettings and the lettings process
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills
  • Strong numerical skills and the ability to manage accounts-related tasks.
  • Great communication skills, with a proactive approach to work
  • REAPIT experience would be an advantage

Salary range of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum.
