Job Title: Recruitment Coordinator
Hours: 22.5 hrs per week
Location: Tameside
Pay rate: £11.44p.h (Paid Weekly)


Duration 6 weeks temp assignment (Possibility of extension)
DBS Certificate is required this is due to the nature of my clients business.

Duties include:

  • Validating agency requests.
  • Requesting agency from suppliers by phone/email
  • Inputting approved requests into the agency tracker
  • Inputting approved requests onto connect
  • Sending regular updates to NM's and AM's
  • Arranging emergency cover
  • Signing off invoices (checking invoices matches tracker)
  • Approving Timesheets
  • Reporting on agency usage

Adhoc Issues - e.g. Feedback to agency on performance issues/complaints
Chasing agencies for updates
Responding to NM queries about agency
