We are currently recruiting for an experienced Payroller for a well-established client in the Cheltenham area.

Start Date: ASAP – Hybrid working 3 days in the office and 2 days at home
Duration: Permanent Full-time position - Part time could be considered also.

Supporting a larger team of processors with the production of payrolls for numerous clients

Duties will include:

  • Process payroll from client information.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with clients, liaising on payroll and associated queries.
  • Provide a support service to other departments within on client payroll and PAYE matters.
  • Handle client data and prepare reports and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and concise record systems.
  • Provide administrative support to the Payroll Solutions team.
  • Deal with ad hoc queries.
  • Manage internal relationships and deal with third party queries (HMRC, etc.

The ideal candidate will have payroll experience in PAYE as well as other payroll processes including RTI, auto enrolment and have a good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. You will be a clear and confident communicator at all levels and be driven by success, exceeding deadlines and enjoy a fast-paced working environment. A willingness to further learning through formal training that is provided.
