People and Organizational Development Assistant

Hoop PS&HR are very excited to announce a brand-new exclusive role with our incredible client based in Cardiff. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator who is looking to develop their career within Human Resources.

This position is based within the public sector and will need someone who is extremely driven, kind, and motivated. This is a full time FTC position until March 2025, and comes with a salary ranging between £23,000 to £24,500, along with hybrid working.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high quality administrative support.
  • Be the first point of contract, resolving straight forward queries or directing queries to the right person.
  • Working with other members of team and the organisation.
  • Prepare letters and contracts, editing and formatting reports and preparing sign-in sheets.
  • Assist with the recruitment process.
  • Support the development of new systems, process improvement, and policies.
  • Support the planning of meetings, events, and conferences.
  • Take minutes in meetings.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Manage office systems and electronic files.
Requirements:
  • Strong IT skills
  • Administrative experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Awareness of policies and procedures
  • Data entry and minute taking experience
  • Ability to speak Welsh (Desirable)
