Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

• Training Contract or work experience as a Chartered Legal Executive / Senior Paralegal.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a full range of personal injury cases for clients.
• Support senior team members in managing catastrophic claims.
• Innovate offerings and uphold the organisation's values.
• Attend meetings and court proceedings, provide meticulous notetaking and support.
• Maintain high-quality service and compliance standards.
• Foster strong client relationships, handling client information with tact and sensitivity.

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

• Proven expertise and successful track record in Personal Injury law.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Experience in handling sensitive client information empathetically and professionally.
