Our partner is a growing and fast-paced business managing projects across Europe, the US and the Middle East. It has reached the next stage in their growth journey and is now looking to hire a Project Co-Ordinator to help manage multiple projects, ensuring all are completed successfully and on schedule.

Reporting to the CEO and working closely with stakeholders in multiple locations, your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and utilising project plans and schedules to monitor all activities, using dedicated software where possible.
  • Managing relationships amongst stakeholders by building confidence and trust with clear professional communications.
  • Making sure team members are informed, have clear goals, and work collaboratively and in partnership with clients and other stakeholders to achieve planned outcomes.

As the right candidate, you are an outgoing, creative, inquisitive and self-motivated individual with excellent communications skills and you can work with people of all levels from a variety of backgrounds. You have a hands-on approach coupled with a desire to learn and succeed, and a professional manner, and are calm under pressure.

You enjoy a busy work environment, can work independently and are not afraid to speak your mind, especially regarding the improvement of workflows and systems.

This is a part-time role working 20hrs per week either from home or the office, although you will need to go into the office 2-3 times a month minimum. This is an ideal role for a parent looking to return to work, for example, or someone looking for greater flexibility.
