Project Co-Ordinator
This exciting and newly created role will is based in Uxbridge, West London and will require someone who has project experience and strategic change knowledge.

The client is a not for profit organisation based in Uxbridge.
Description
The key responsibilities will include but not be limited to-
- Working closely with the Chief of Staff on Project deliveries and time-lines
- Assisting other Senior leaders with their projects, providing them resources, identifying key milestones and tracking their progress
- Coordinate project activities and produce Admin related to it
- Make recommendations for adjustment on tracking
- Engaging key stakeholders to manage change transition to new ways of working
- Maintain and manage project documentation
- Provide regular updates to Chief of staff and other senior leaders when required
- Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and work collaboratively for feedback
- Organise and facilitate meetings to discuss key areas and disseminate information relating to this
- Financially monitor projects and check against budgets
Profile
The successful candidate must-
- Have a solid track record in a project related role
- Have excellent time management and organisation skills
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Have excellent IT skills
- Be proficient in Project software
- Be able to work as part of a team
- Have a high degree of accountability
- Have a resolution based approach and "can do" attitude
- Have the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Have the ability to travel to various sites in West London
- Be flexible and adaptable
