This exciting and newly created role will is based in Uxbridge, West London and will require someone who has project experience and strategic change knowledge.

The client is a not for profit organisation based in Uxbridge.

Description

The key responsibilities will include but not be limited to-

  • Working closely with the Chief of Staff on Project deliveries and time-lines
  • Assisting other Senior leaders with their projects, providing them resources, identifying key milestones and tracking their progress
  • Coordinate project activities and produce Admin related to it
  • Make recommendations for adjustment on tracking
  • Engaging key stakeholders to manage change transition to new ways of working
  • Maintain and manage project documentation
  • Provide regular updates to Chief of staff and other senior leaders when required
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and work collaboratively for feedback
  • Organise and facilitate meetings to discuss key areas and disseminate information relating to this
  • Financially monitor projects and check against budgets

Profile

The successful candidate must-

  • Have a solid track record in a project related role
  • Have excellent time management and organisation skills
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Have excellent IT skills
  • Be proficient in Project software
  • Be able to work as part of a team
  • Have a high degree of accountability
  • Have a resolution based approach and "can do" attitude
  • Have the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Have the ability to travel to various sites in West London
  • Be flexible and adaptable
