Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to join a luxury brand that works with architects and partners to make dreams come true! You will be responsible for all aspects of various projects, taking autonomy in meetings, client briefs, allocation to team members, working to budgets, and ensuring the project is delivered on time. We need a charismatic manager with excellent communication and standards. A leader who can effectively delegate tasks to relevant staff and external contractors, whilst keeping management up to date and in the loop. Responsibilites

• Leadership & support to the project team
• Be involved in the formal handover process, and ensure that project-specific obligations are fully understood
• Allocation of necessary resources to support project delivery
• Work closely with our Design Department, and Installation Department to ensure accuracy and quality throughout the process
• Liaise with the Commercial Department to ensure accurate and profitable management
• Manage any external sub-contract packages where applicable
• Review all drawings prior to issue for approval
• Monitor compliance with client program and ensure all required administration is in place
• Represent the company at client meetings where necessary
• Take an active approach, visiting sites and interacting with production where needed
• Support sales & estimating to win work

Package on offer

• Salary 32,000 depending on experience
