Property Accounts Billing Administrator
Location - London/West End
£30-£33k

The role: To raise demands for property management accounts and handle systems administration on the asset management and purchase order systems.

Duties:

  • Responsible for lease charge data flow between PM System and Dashboard.
  • Raising charges in PM system following Property Manager approval.
  • Attaching supporting documentation to tenant demands to send via email.
  • Maintaining supporting documentation in agreed folder structure.
  • Liasing with Client Accountants and Property Managers to ensure lease charges are raised.
  • Managing escalation correspondence if charge raising deadlines are overdue.
  • Reporting and oversight of lease charges on hold.
  • Reporting on charge raising statistics.
  • Liasing with Credit Control/Treasury teams regarding tenant demand issues and documentation.
  • Management of Lease Factory data, reporting and escalation.
  • Uploading new lease data from Lease Factory to Tramps.
  • Management of lease event data into PM System.
  • System Administration and maintenance of PM system.
  • Testing of processes and functionality for systems upgrades.
  • Onboarding/Data Migration - assisting with bulk creation of new clients, properties, units, leases.
  • Verification and approval of new suppliers
  • Bulk data updates using PM system Structured Data Load.
  • Maintenance of data and reporting from PO System/P2P system.
  • Maintenance of AP invoice register - reporting of paid transactions and copy supplier invoices.
  • Assistance with metrics pack reporting.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 years property experience in Admin, Purchase Ledger or Sales Ledger in property
  • Experience of using a large asset management system such as Yardi, Tramps or Qube
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Be enthusiastic
