Property Manager

Are you a rising Property Manager looking to level up your game at a leading estate agent?

If you've got 6 months' plus as a Property Manager with exposure to property inspections, and you're looking to increase your responsibilities and role satisfaction, then this Property Manager role in West Hampstead gives you the opportunity to do so.

Whilst carrying out the traditional duties of a Property Manager, you will also proactively work on refurbishments and renovations with you Landlords.

All you need to be is proactive, empathetic, high-energy and attention to detail, customer service driven and adaptable.

What to expect

• Overseeing a portfolio of circa 150 properties
• Day-to-day maintenance and repairs for properties
• Being the support between Landlords and Tenants - offering help, advice, and troubleshooting where needed
• Carrying out property inspections showing Landlords how their property looks, and any maintenance/refurbs they need to do
• Managing a smooth vacating process for Tenants

Package

• £35,000 - £35,000 dependent on experience
• Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm or 8am - 5pm
• Ongoing training both in-house and externally from industry leading profiles
• WFH 1 day a week
