Our client is seeking a dedicated Property Manager to join their Inverness team. This dynamic role places you at the heart of a company that prioritizes exceptional customer service.

As a Property Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of clients, ensuring top-tier service delivery.

Salary: £25,000 - £32,000 DOE and will be reviewed during 6-month probationary period review.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Oversee the delivery of the customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with both customers and contractors.
  • Create and distribute regular customer communications.
  • Hold regular owners’ meetings, both individually and in groups.
  • Plan, attend, and manage evening AGMs for portfolio sites.
  • Instruct and monitor both reactive and proactive repairs.
  • Manage and coordinate the customer insurance claims process.
  • Conduct regular property visits.
  • Previous experience in a property role.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using Office 365.
  • Ability to meet targets.
  • Performs well under pressure.
  • Previous experience with a CRM system is preferable but not essential.
