Hexagon Group Property Recruitment are pleased to partner with a globally recognised property managing agent, with the recruitment of a Technical Services Manager to manage the technical operations at a high end, iconic property in Central London. You will be employed by one of the market leaders in the industry with an impressive portfolio of some of the worlds most prestigious properties under their management.

As the Technical Services Manager, you will work closely with the estate management team in the day-to-day management of the estate with your focus being on managing M&E technical services through the effective management of maintenance contractors and specialist contractors i.e VT, BMS etc, and ensuring that tenants and clients receive exceptional levels of customer service. In addition to the maintenance of the Estate, you'll also manage various projects relating to lifecycle and energy/sustainability works, ensuring each project is efficiently handed over to the estate post completion.

The ideal candidate should have a strong mechanical and electrical background, broad Technical FM operations experience, experience auditing 3rd party suppliers, and experience working in high end /landmark commercial properties. In addition you will have excellent communication skills and the ability to develop excellent working relation ships with clients and colleagues.
