Purchase Ledger Clerk
Location - London/West End
£30-£35k
In the office full time - 9am -5.30pm

The role: Working for a landlord based in the West End processing invoices for the relevant properties.

Duties:

  • Accurate processing of invoices from receiving to payment.
  • Ensuring details are correct, requesting amendment when required
  • Supplier management.
  • Forming good working relationships with suppliers/contractors and pro-actively informing them of any queries
  • Supplier statement reconciliation
  • Providing statements for the Asset Management team when required
  • Monitoring and responsibility for the accounts payable inbox
  • BACS payment runs
  • Supplementary charge processing
  • Assisting with Asset Management queries
  • Assisting with Service Charge Accountant queries

Requirements:

  • At least 1 years purchase ledger experience
  • Ideally have worked in property management in purchase ledger
  • Have excellent time management skills
  • Be able to prioritise tasks
  • Form strong working relationships both internally and externally
  • Use initiative
  • Have strong attention to detail
  • Be able to work to deadlines
