Recruitment Administrator (Hybrid) needed in Bristol, £14.23ph PAYE - Reference: 5250811
Key Job Outcomes:
- Support the Housing team with the delivery of high volume specialist recruitment campaigns by providing administrative support.
- Use the council’s Applicant Tracking System
- Place adverts/ arrange interviews/produce offer letters/ referencing/ CV searching support
- Liaise with hiring managers and candidates
- Adhere to recruitment and selection policy to ensure fair/ transparent recruitment.
You will ideally have -
- Able to demonstrate knowledge and/or experience of equalities and diversity issues.
- Be involved in the end to end recruitment process from attraction to appointment.
- Adhere to BCC’s recruitment and selection policy to ensure fair/ transparent recruitment
- Ability to work effectively within a pressurised environment, where priorities and deadlines are subject to change.
- Experience of working with an Applicant Tracking System.
This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
