Liberty has an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Administrator to join our team based in the Knowsley area.  The Recruitment Administrator role offers flexible blend of home and office agile working.  You will need to be in a reasonable commutable distance for training and meetings). You will be working on a Full Time Permanent basis, 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm. In return, you will receive a salary of £24,960 per annum Plus Excellent Benefits!

The Recruitment Administrator will assist in providing administrative support for all recruitment activities and projects, by supporting the Recruitment Manager in sourcing qualified applicants both Temporary and Permanent, along with co-ordinating recruitment activities for active vacancies within the business.

Responsibilities for this Recruitment Administrator are: 

Be responsible for tracking Recruitment Authority Forms on Temp Recruitment and where needed on Perm recruitment

Liaise with agencies to source CV’s

Uploading of vacancies onto the Applicant Tracking System

Answering recruitment queries

Co-ordinating and setting up interviews

Providing administrative support to the recruitment function

Assisting in standardising and updating job descriptions

Creating and maintaining documentation and records for recruitment and related projects

What we are looking for in our ideal Recruitment Administrator:

A good level of education, previous recruitment assistant/administrator experience along with good IT literacy including Outlook, Word & Excel. The ability to coordinate, manage and balance multiple projects and meet deadlines, and provide an outstanding recruitment service to the Hiring Managers.
