Salary: 30-45K depending on experience.
A established law firm are actively looking to recruit Residential Conveyancers to join their team. They are looking for experienced or qualified conveyancers with a good technical background who enjoy and embrace technology and process improvement. Their residential property team is well-established and renowned for offering specialist and expert advice in conveyancing matters.

Candidate Requirements
- The ability to manage between 60 and 80 files
- Files include purchases, re-mortgages, freehold titles (leasehold and unregistered titles where appropriate), New Builds & Shared Ownership files
- Experience within volume residential conveyancing environments
- Abiltiy to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong experience in handling a full case load independently.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Commitment to providing outstanding client service
