Role location: Manchester City Centre (Hybrid Available once probation passed)

Salary: 30-45K depending on experience.

A established law firm are actively looking to recruit  Residential Conveyancers to join their team. They are looking for experienced or qualified conveyancers with a good technical background who enjoy and embrace technology and process improvement. Their residential property team is well-established and renowned for offering specialist and expert advice in conveyancing matters.

Candidate Requirements
  • The ability to manage between 60 and 80 files
  • Files include purchases, re-mortgages, freehold titles (leasehold and unregistered titles where appropriate), New Builds & Shared Ownership files
  • Experience within volume residential conveyancing environments
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Strong experience in handling a full case load independently. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently. High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Commitment to providing outstanding client service
