Residential Conveyancer, 2+ years’ experience, Leicestershire, circa £32,000 (DOE). Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancer looking for a new challenge in your career? Look no further, this is the role for you! JOB REF: 9554.

• Applications are sought from Residential Conveyancing Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licenced Conveyancers with a minimum of 2 Years experience.
• You will be required to handle a full caseload of residential property matters from the start to completion.
• You will be responsible for managing a caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters, encompassing freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new builds, remortgages, shared ownership and transfer of equity.
• The firm is seeking candidates with experience using the LEAP case management system
• It is essential that you have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
