What you'll be doing:

As the Reward Analyst you will work closely with the Reward Manager and will be responsible for providing reward advice, support and data to HR and the wider business.

  • Acquire and process relevant data for all staff across the organisation to ensure that reward processes, including salary review, bonus, benefits and pension operate in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Support the Reward Manager and Reward Director to conduct reward research and data analysis, both internal and external, including benchmark studies. Help to present the results clearly and creatively, to support HR and line managers to reach acceptable, affordable and consistent pay and bonus decisions.
  • Support the Reward Manager to take part in annual salary and benefit survey submissions. Ensure that timely and accurate data is provided to them, so that the Reward team and HRBPs have ongoing access to valid and useful market intelligence.
  • Co-ordination of Reward budget activities including purchase orders, processing invoices and liaising with Finance to make sure bills get paid on time.
  • Ensure existing Reward tools and systems are being optimised and contribute to the design and implementation of the new HRIS.

What we’re looking for:

  • An advanced proficiency in MS Office programs, particularly Excel, capable of manipulating and presenting data accurately and efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to interact across all levels of the organisation.
  • The ability to manage workloads to meet deadlines and deliver consistently high standards of work by planning and prioritising effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy for both numerical and written work is essential for this role.
  • Experience of working with HRISs.
