Kingswood Group are delighted to be working with a large international business to recruit a Reward Manager on a permanent basis.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a leading role in the delivery of the global reward strategy with responsibility for managing BAU compensation activities alongside Reward project

The role can be based in any of the following locations-  Edinburgh, Glasgow, Manchester, Sheffield, Bristol, with hybrid working.


Responsibilities to include; 

  • Supporting the delivery of the Global Reward strategy
  • Leading on a variety of Reward projects as well as BAU activity such as global annual review cycles and pay gap reporting
  • Day to day management of two Reward Analysts
  • Undertake data analysis and present complex data to stakeholders 
  • Drive a process of continual improvement
  • Play a critical role in key people projects and project management to align Reward with business requirements


Essential experience required;


  • In-depth experience of all aspects of compensation management, including job levelling, bonus frameworks and complex annual review processes
  • Experience of managing multiple Reward projects in a large professional services or corporate environment
  • Highly experienced in presenting complex reward data and a demonstrable ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with an ability to translate strategic requirements into BAU activity
  • High level awareness of GDPR and data governance
  • Excellent Excel and data skills
