Key Responsibilities of the Sales Administrator:
- Process sales orders to ensure timely delivery to customers
- Work with internal departments such as production, logistics, and finance
- Generate despatch notes for UK and export sales
- Raise invoices and send them to customers
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organising meetings
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, product enquiries, and resolving any issues or concerns
- Create reports for packaging and stock
- Maintain and update sales databases and records
Requirements of the Sales Administrator:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise work
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
