Salary: £100k basic, uncapped bonus, pension 5%, healthcare & car

Location: Home Based - UK coverage

Sales Director - Services in Retail:

My client is a leading provider of services into Retail. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the new business development of Blue-Chip Enterprise Sales, aiming to secure Service Contracts with Retail customers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities with Retail businesses. You will benefit from a strong established pipeline, which you will need to nurture and develop, with the aim of securing what is often a long sales process.

You will be the lead sales person, although you will have no people management responsibilities; your responsibility is to be a new business hunter.

Candidate Requirements - Sales Director - Services in Retail:

  • You must have successfully sold new business contracts into the Retail sector.
  • You must be a hunter new business sales person
  • Sales style must be consultative, preferably with experience of enterprise blue-chip sales.
  • Service led sectors that deal with retail such as facilities management, electronic security or manned guarding for example would be a good match for the role.
  • You can be based anywhere in the UK, but there will be regular travel across the UK.
