Sales Executive MICE & Corporate

Our client within the hospitality sector are currently seeking a Sales Executive MICE and Corporate for 12 months maternity cover. On offer for this role is a base salary of £25-30,000 (Inclusive of benefits) per annum.

Working as the Sales Executive MICE and Corporate you will be part of a friendly team that promote a very "Be All You Are" atmosphere. Offering comprehensive training programme that will support you in each step of your new role.

What does this role entail?

  • Managing a portfolio for accounts.
  • Assist in creating new business through multiple resources.
  • Updating and maintaining information within the hotels systems.
  • Assist with marketing activities such as Familiarisation trips, site visits, trade show attendance and any other client related interaction.
  • Working on adhoc projects in conjunction with the Sales Manager and Director of Sales.
  • Assisting the MICE Sales Team in handling and event conversion during high demand periods.

What skills will you have?

  • Minimum one years experience in a role related to one or both of these segments and in the hotel Industry - MICE Preferential
  • Excellent communication, presentation & interpersonal skills - A strong team player
  • Self-motivated and good organisational skill
  • Experience in the following systems is preferred: Opera, Delphi FDC, Lanyon/Cvent
  • Full right to work in the UK
