Sales Support Coordinator

Basildon

£22,000 to 25,000 per annum

8:30am to 5:00pm - Monday to Friday

We are recruiting for a Sales Support Coordinator to join an established global manufacturing company based in Basildon.

The main part of the job will involve processing customer orders and working closely with the sales managers and other departments to sort out day to day queries from the customers.

Full training will be given. There are no telesales, but you will be expected to communicate by phone and email with our existing customers to help them with various matters relating to their orders and shipments.

Responsibilities

  • Processing customer orders into the ERP system ensuring accurate entry of information and pricing
  • Answering incoming enquiries from customers and other internal teams with regards to orders
  • Updating the CRM system with any customer contact or discussions
  • Contacting customers to provide pro-active updates if orders are not able to be dispatched

Requirements

  • Good communicator at all levels
  • Accuracy with data entry
  • Able to write a good email or letter
  • Outlook, Word skills
  • Must be computer literate have good IT skills such as Outlook, Word & Excel
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Good English language knowledge
  • Can work as part of a team
  • Sales order entry
