Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one support to students with special educational needs, ensuring their individual needs are met.
  • Assist the class teacher in planning and implementing tailored learning activities.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes the well-being and development of all students.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, parents, and external agencies to support the holistic development of students.
  • Monitor and record the progress of individual students, adapting support strategies, as necessary.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is desirable.
  • Relevant qualifications in special education or related field are advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for working with children with special educational needs.
