Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced SEN TA in North London to support students with special educational needs. The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives in an inclusive educational environment and is dedicated to providing high-quality education and training.

Responsibilities:

Supporting students with special educational needs in their academic and personal development
Collaborating with teachers and other staff to create an inclusive learning environment
Implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and adapting teaching methods to meet students' needs
Providing one-on-one or small group support to students
Monitoring and reporting on student progress
Requirements:

Previous experience as an SEN TA in North London is highly desirable
Strong understanding of special educational needs and inclusive education practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A commitment to ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
