SEND Teacher / Special Education Teacher - SN5

Are you a caring and patient SEND Teacher ready to make a real difference? Join my client, a fantastic Primary School in Swindon with an onsite Special Resource Provision (SRP) and Complex Needs Unit, and be part of a team dedicated to providing unique and tailored educational experiences. This role will start in September and will run on a full-time basis until the end of the academic year with the potential for the role to turn permanent.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Create and maintain an inclusive and stimulating classroom environment
  • Teach and support children and young people (CYP) with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
  • Plan, organize, and implement personalized educational plans
  • Collaborate with teaching assistants to provide tailored support
  • Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated on best practices

About You

  • Be able to do the job as described
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience in teaching and supporting SEND students
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
