At Anglian we are seeking a Senior Administrator to join our team. Our National Admin Team deal with a wide variety of tasks and responsibilities supporting our customers and company as a whole.  As Senior Administrator you will be an integral part of processing important administration for our customers.

The right candidate will be organised, detail-oriented, and an experienced Administrator with good IT skills. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing and management of customers contracts, ensuring workflows and daily duties are accurately updated
  • Key point of contact for external and internal customers by telephone, email, and written communications
  • Preparation of accurate customer letters for suspensions, rejections and general communications
  • Preparation of Installation Packs
  • Banking of customer payments ready for installation in line with banking policies
  • Successful handling of customer queries, complaints, and cancellations
  • Assisting teams within the department to achieve the targets set

Key Skills:

  • Strong organisational abilities with a keen attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is advantageous
  • GCSE’s or equivalent in Math’s and English
  • Ability to communicate both written and verbally at all levels
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Excellent customer service
  • Motivated, honest and accountable
