Salary - £34,070-£36,150

Full Time - Permanent

Our well-established client located in a Residential Children's home in Derby Littleover, are seeking a Senior Care Worker to join their friendly team on a permanent basis. With a salary starting from £34,070-£36,150.

Job Overview

Seeking a Senior Care worker to join the friendly team, located in Residential Children's home in Derby Littleover, To deliver high standards of care, protection and support to children and young people with learning disabilities and complex needs. Supporting children from 10 - 18 years old who experience with EBD. Full Driver's license with access to your own vehicle is a requirement for this position.


Main Responsibilities

As a Senior Care Worker, you will be required to organise the team of skilled care workers, planning to oversee shifts and taking lead on the day-to-day activities in the home. Implementing personal care plans set out for children and young people. Carrying out risk assessments and reviews. You will have the opportunity to progress as a Deputy Manager.

Skills Required

NVQ Level 3 Health Social Care

NVQ Level 4 Health Social Care

Full UK Driving License with access to your own vehicle.
