A leading global creative agency working across a number of disciplines and with exciting clients is looking for a Senior Commercial Finance Manager. This is a new role with a good level of responsibility designed to support the CFO to facilitate and streamline the growth of the agency in a period of expansion.

You will recieve a discretionary year-end bonus, you can join the share option scheme and there is private healthcare.

You will be:

Designing and building month end commercial packs for Managing Directors and VPs across the business and liaising with them regularly to present observations. You will also ensure service line P&Ls are accurate and presented to the relevant stakeholders.

You will prepare real time analysis of the pipeline and group referrals and you will work with local teams to produce the annual budget and quarterly forecasts.

  • You will have involvement in supporting the commercial teams to determine appropriate value pricing during a pitch process.

  • Identify opportunities for improving and enhancing results and support the CFO to discuss these observations with the local offices.

Your background:

  • You will have come from a production or creative agency background
  • You will have a flair and interest for designing processes, not just accepting the status quo.

  • Good financial and data analytics skills

  • Used to dealing with foreign currencies.

  • Strong Excel skills - Sumifs, Vlookups, working knowledge of Power Query and SQL is desirable.
