Senior DevOps Cloud Engineer (AWS)

A financial service are looking to hire a senior DevOps and (AWS) Cloud Engineer.

This role will require you to be in the office 5 days per week in your probation period which is six months.

You would be responsible for;

• Creating, managing and maintaining cloud (AWS) infrastructure using "infrastructure as code" tools (e.g. Bitbucket, Terraform, Ansible) and techniques
• Automating code and infrastructure deployments, backups and any other assets that can be automated
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation
• Work with DevOps Engineers in other teams to ensure architecture standards are defined, aligned and adhered to as well as facilitating deployments

Therefore they are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience;

• Advanced working knowledge of AWS services and technologies - networking, compute, storage, security, IAM and EKS
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD practices and technologies
• Strong ability to automate deployment and configuration changes using tools such as CloudFormation, Terraform, Ansible
