Our esteemed client in Haywards Heath is seeking a highly motivated Senior Mortgage Advisor or Senior Mortgage Broker to join their growing team.

As a Senior Mortgage Advisor or Senior Mortgage Broker You Will:

• Meet with clients to assess their financial situation and mortgage needs
• Source the most suitable financial products and mortgage solutions
• Sell associated insurance products from Legal & General
• Collaborate with the estate agency team to maximize business opportunities
• Provide coaching and support to junior colleagues
• Proactively build relationships with existing clients for repeat business
• Ensure all documentation adheres to FCA guidelines

Who You Are:

• A driven and motivated Senior Mortgage Advisor or Senior Mortgage Broker with at least 1 years’ experience
• CEMAP qualified (mandatory) with a strong preference for Competency Advisor Status (CAS)
• Excellent work ethic, with a smart, articulate, and well-presented manner
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a strong desire to succeed
• A natural relationship builder with a focus on exceeding client and colleague expectations
• Full UK driving licence holder
