Job Title: Senior Paraplanner

Location: Bristol (Hybrid Working)

Salary: £44,000 - £50,000 + Company Bonus & Benefits

The Company:

We are working on a brand-new position with an award-winning national Financial Planning business in Bristol who are looking to add a Senior Paraplanner who will act as the 'go-to’ technical support for Financial Planners throughout the business helping with the provision of Financial Advice to existing clients of the firm.

The Role:

• Working with Financial Planners across the region delivering research, analysis and quality suitability letters to aid the provision of holistic financial planning.
• Use of Cash Flow modelling software to help design clients long term financial plans
• Developing strong relationships with existing financial planners to aid in the provision of financial planning advice to clients
• Use technical knowledge and experience to enable advisers to deliver high- value technical advice
• Always striving to develop technical knowledge through CPD and self-learning to maintain the department’s status as a hub of technical expertise throughout the business
• Drive ongoing enhancement of process and productivity, ensuring the team continues to evolve and deliver a first-class service to adviser and client

The Required Skills:

• Has achieved the Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning and has ambitions of obtaining Chartered status
• A clear understanding of financial services regulations and FCA principles
• Excellent Pensions, Investments and Tax planning knowledge
• Use of Cash Flow modelling software would be advantageous
• Good communication skills, verbal and written
• Team Player
