WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

This role is an ideal fit for individuals seeking advancement from a junior position, offering the opportunity to play a key role in leading the Paid advertising department forward. Daily responsibilities include the creation and management of Google, Bing, Display and Demand Generation Ad campaigns. This involves continuous monitoring and analysis of campaign performance to enhance and scale initiatives. Additionally, the role requires active participation in the development of strategies to improve performance and achieve key performance indicator (KPI) goals. Regular reporting and performance updates for clients on paid campaigns are integral to the position, emphasizing a strong focus on deadlines and results while maintaining a commercial and strategic overview of each campaign. Beyond day-to-day tasks, the role involves collaboration with various members of the marketing team, enhance overall client account results. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with specialists and strategists to gain a comprehensive understanding of client goals, tactics, and strategies. This role has a wide scope for growth, if you have past skills in Paid Social or Pmax campaigns we would love to help you bring this knowledge on board to our team!

WE NEED YOU TO HAVE…

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar PPC role
  • Skills and experience in PPC, Google Ads, Bing Ads, Campaign Management, Performance Analysis, Paid Social
  • The desire to stay up to date with industry trends
  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Experience with GA4, Google Analytics and Facebook ads is desirable
