We are looking for a Sales Negotiator to join one of London’s leading agencies, where you will be based out of their market leading Crystal Palace office.

The right candidate will need to be extremely enthusiastic, hard-working, and driven, in return you will have excellent earning and development potential.

Key Responsibilities of the Sales Negotiator:

  • Carry out viewings with prospective purchasers.
  • Represent the vendors in negotiation with prospective buyers.
  • Keep up to date with trends in the local residential property market.
  • Liaise with customers and clients in a professional, polite, and respectful manner.
  • Handle daily applicant enquiries from websites, calls, and visits and from the main office ensuring accurate details are provided.
  • Follow sales through to exchange and completion.

As Sales Negotiator, you will receive the following:

  • £25,000 Basic Salary
  • Commission
  • 3 Month Guarantee
  • £55,000 - £60,000 OTE

Candidate Requirements:

  • 12 months experience in an estate agency.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • A confident outgoing personality.
  • Driving license.
