My client a well-respected independent agency are currently seeking a Senior Sales Negotiator to join their close knit team in the Deptford area.

Working days:

As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you’ll be required to work 5 days per week

The successful Senior Sales Negotiator will be offered:

• Circa £25,000 basic salary DOE
• OTE of £50,000 in 1st year
• Realistic OTE of £70,000 after the 1st year
• 10% commissions on sales and instructions
• Career progression
• Ongoing training & support

The successful Senior Sales Negotiator must have:

• At least 12 months experience as a Sales Negotiator
• Hard-working attitude
• Ambitious
• Career driven
• A Team Player, but with individual flair
• Good customer service skills
• Full UK Driver’s License & access to own car
• Knowledge of the South East London area

Duties included in the role of a Senior Sales Negotiator:

• Greeting buyers & vendors
• Registering customers
• Matching requirements & arranging viewings
• Calling out new properties
• Valuation generation
• Negotiating offers
• Accompanied Viewings
