Service Desk Analyst (Software) 

We are working with a large organisation who are looking for someone to work as part of their software support team.  The role will be to provide support to customers on their products, full training will be provided and to resolve issues or escalate to the relevant team. 

The role offers the opportunity to develop a career within product support, the client will be providing full training and development with the opportunity to progress your career via promotions. 

Required Skills and Experience: 

  • Experience within a customer focused role, dealing with direct customer contact, resolving issues and providing a strong service. 
  • Ability to use a call logging system to track customer issues and keep them informed on the status of their issue. 
  • Knowledge of Windows based IT systems
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
