Service Support Coordinator - NW - £30,000 to £35,000

We are partnered exclusively with a leading Audio Visual integrator who are expanding their Service team.

As a Service Team Administrator and Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the service team. You’ll be responsible for administrative tasks, coordination, and communication within the team. Your attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to work collaboratively will contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our service operations.



Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:
    • Manage documentation related to service requests, contracts, and customer interactions.
    • Maintain accurate records, including service logs, inventory, and equipment details.
    • Assist with scheduling service appointments and coordinating engineer availability.
  • Team Coordination:
    • Collaborate with service engineers, and other team members.
    • Coordinate service visits, ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries.
    • Facilitate communication between service teams and internal departments.
  • Customer Interaction:
    • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
    • Provide updates on service requests, including estimated arrival times.
    • Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the service process.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Identify areas for process optimisation and propose solutions.
    • Streamline administrative workflows to enhance team productivity.
    • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Equipment Management:
    • Maintain an inventory of service equipment, tools, and spare parts.
    • Coordinate equipment repairs and replacements as needed.


    Experience:

    • Experience: Previous experience in administrative roles or service coordination is preferred.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
    • Attention to Detail: Accurate record-keeping and data management.
    • Team Player: Collaborative mindset and willingness to work closely with colleagues.
    • Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of audiovisual systems is advantageous.
