Current RMS is a world-leading software in the Event Rental industry, boasting over 2500 businesses and 10000 users worldwide. Due to growth within the business, we are recruiting a new Software Demonstrator into the product.

  • Provide 2-3 online demonstrations per day to customers all over the world (mainly UK, but also in the USA and Australia)
  • Check in with warm businesses during their 30-day trial to see how they’re progressing with the system
  • Provide additional onboarding and training to ensure prospects become long-term customers
  • Keep our CRM (Hubspot) up to date with new trial sign ups and logging proactive calls/emails that have taken place
  • Have an understanding of other softwares in our portfolio, in case the prospect’s requirements aren’t a fit for Current RMS.
  • Attend industry shows across the world (London, Barcelona, Florida) to showcase our products to prospective customers
  • Occasionally provide one-hour meetings at 7am to prospects in Australia, or 5pm sessions to American prospects on the west coast

About You

Essential

  • As a minimum, has A-level qualifications or equivalent
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Understands the importance of using positive language, both to customers and internally.
  • Is confident with using IT
  • Ability to tailor presentations to audience needs
  • Ability to troubleshoot and answer technical questions

Desirable

  • Driver’s license
  • Experience of working previously within a software solution environment
  • Knowledge of the rental sector
  • Knowledge of CRM or other business IT systems
