Our client, a beautiful Golf Club based near Windlesham, Surrey is currently looking to recruit a Sous Chef to join their talented kitchen team.

This Sous Chef position offers an excellent salary and benefits including uniform, meals on duty, opportunity to play golf and an excellent work life balance.

As part of a hard-working brigade you will be assisting the Head Chef in serving quality food to their distinguished members and guests. You will prepare meals for the members bar and functions. They are seeking an enthusiastic Sous Chef to join an established Head Chef and help manage the kitchen and maintain high standards of cuisine and hygiene.

Sous Chef Skill Requirements:
*Passion for food: someone who enjoys the process of food preparation and creating menus.
*A good sense of business; to be efficient and cost-effective.
*Experience of working in a professional kitchen or similar position
*Effective communication skills
*Kitchen experience and management
*Ability to work with figures and manage budget.
*Strong leadership skills
*Ability to pay attention to details: adherence to specific ingredients and measurement needed for various menus.
*Ability to make quick decisions, maintain a high level of hygiene and cleanliness, work effectively as part of a team and multitask.
*Possess strong management and organizational skills.
*Possess level 3 Food Hygiene
*Ability to be creative; always willing to try something new.
