Antony James recruitment is currently supporting a Client in Maiden in recruiting for a Sous chef.

My client in Maiden is a vibrant and contemporary Tapas located in the heart of this picturesque Maidenhead town centre. Renowned for its chic decor and relaxed atmosphere, my client offers an eclectic menu featuring locally sourced ingredients and a fusion of traditional and modern cuisine.

Job Details:

Position: Sous Chef

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000

Shift pattern: 5/7 - all straights

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate effectively within a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Aid in preparing and presenting high-quality, flavorful dishes.
  • Uphold the highest standards of food hygiene and safety.
  • Assist the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations and management.
  • Participate in menu planning and development.
  • Ensure consistency in taste and presentation of all dishes.
  • Mentor and train junior kitchen staff.
