We are currently seeking a Supply Chain Co-Ordinator to join our thriving team at Anglian Home Improvements, a leading provider of home improvement solutions. As a Supply Chain Co-Ordinator, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring seamless coordination and administration for the order processing for their outsourced products from our stores out to our regions nationwide.
This role offers an opportunity for a Supply Chain Coordinator to further enhance the capabilities within the department. The position will support the company’s supply chain functions by coordinating key areas and ensuring all works are in line with agreed forecasts, plans and budget requirements.
We're looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused to support our team in ensuring the smooth running and scheduling of our operation from supply chain to local depot. Being responsible for scheduling, managing and expediting the flow of outsourced products to their UK regional depot network, you will play a vital role in maintaining our high standards, and help ensure each customer has a positive experience.
The role:
- Responsible for scheduling, managing and expediting the flow of outsourced products to their UK regional depot network
- Daily review of customer order requirements to ensure install dates are achieved
- Prepare work quotations in a timely manner
- Identify, report and resolve any potential product shortages against production installation dates
- Drive improvement with depot receiving process
- Data collection and performance monitoring against KPi's
Key Skills:
- Supply chain, inventory control or material management experience gained within a commercial organisation
- Proven analytical skills and IT skills including excel - JDE would be a distinct advantage but not essential
- Working in a customer focused environment
- Knowledge of order processing and supplier management
