The Role: Systems Assembly Engineer - Basildon Based

Summary of the role

The successful applicant will be a part of a small team of 3 or 4 engineers involved in all aspects of the process to assemble laser marking/cutting devices but also product handling and other ancillary devices.

Essential skills and requirements

It is essential to have a thorough understanding of mechanics/electronics and an aptitude for software that will be used in the calibration/test processes for which full training will be given.

This person must have meticulous attention to detail, work in an efficient and timely manner to a high standard, to be able to follow build processes and guidelines without error, omission or deviation.

Ideally at least 3 years proven experience in a similar role and within 30 minutes commute of Basildon.

The Package

  • £28k-£32k PA depending on skills/experience
  • Basildon Based Mon-Fri 08.30-17.00hrs
  • Office based role
  • 20 days holiday + Public Holidays increasing by +1 day for each year of service to a max of +5 days
  • Pension scheme
  • Must have own transport
  • This role is available immediately
  • Onsite parking
