I have a fantastic opportunity for a Talent Assistant to join a growing insurance firm with extremely ambitious plans to double in size over the next 2 years, with further growth plans for the next 5 years! Joining at its infancy this is an rare chance to see your career grow just as quickly longer term! You would directly support the Global Head of Talent Acquisition. You will be detail-oriented, proactive and have excellent interpersonal skills with experience within a HR Admin, Recruitment Admin, perhaps even a Team Assistant background with an interest in recruitment. What you’ll do:
The Talent Assistant will be proactive, supporting with administrative tasks. Core duties include:
Managing the diary for the Global Head of Talent Acquisition
Interview scheduling between the stakeholders, candidates and/or recruitment agencies
Supporting with candidate experience and management.
Reviewing CV’s and analysing suitable candidates from direct applications
Analyse recruitment data and generate reports on hiring trends through Excel.
Maintain accurate records of compliance documents
Supporting with ad hoc projects and duties – this is a start up meaning being willing to roll your sleeves up and getting involved!
Who you’ll be:
The Talent Assistant will be experienced in a similar role. Key attributes include:
Previous experience in a HR Admin/Assistant, Recruitment Admin/Coordinator or Talent Admin/Assistant role
Have worked within a corporate setting, ideally finance, professional services or insurance
Have exceptional organisational skills
Strong Word, Excel skills, with the ability to learn new skills quickly.
Confident in communicating at all levels.
Familiarity with Workday ATS and other talent acquisition platforms would be an advantage
