They love the idea of working closely with a smaller, independent supply teaching specialist that genuinely looks after its supply staff. As a result we urgently require additional, motivated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants TAs to work on day-to-day and/or long-term assignments starting asap.

Our Teaching Assistants TAs have a real passion for helping teachers to develop the knowledge and skills of young learners, together with a cheerful personality to ensure every day at school is fun. They also have strong literacy and numeracy skills and are familiar with the more popular learning systems e.g. Phonics/Read Write Inc. and White Rose Maths/Inspire Maths/Maths Makes Sense.

Whether working closely with the class teacher in whole class, taking smaller groups or doing 1-2-1 intervention work, our Teaching Assistants TAs confidently provide a valuable contribution to the schools we assist.

What type of individuals are we looking for?

• We need experienced Teaching Assistants TAs with either a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification
• Confident individuals who are happy to work in whole class, in small groups or on a 1-2-1 basis
• Positive role models who work closely with the class teacher to offer pupils additional support
• Teaching Assistants TAs who are passionate about the education of young learners
• Those available to work full and part-time hours Monday to Friday on day-to-day and long-term assignments starting asap
