One of our clients in Wembley is looking for an experienced team leader to manage a team and lead by example.

Some duties include:

The Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the Value Added Packing (VAP) team

  1. This role involves managing personnel, coordinating daily operations, and maintaining high standards of efficiency (by both time and cost measure) and quality within the packing operations.
  2. Ensuring productivity and adherence to production and delivery schedules
  3. Managing staff issues
  4. Attendance and holiday

The work environment: Equipment and Tools:

  1. Packing stations - factory manual packing / assembly work-centres: make boxes, pack bank cards into packs, match bank card to delivery address, seal, label and post. Record output.
  2. Liaison with upstream processes for cards. Liaison with production manager, product owner for product specifications, quality team for quality stds. logistics teams for material supply and replenishment.
  3. Material storage units, high frequency material replenishment
  4. Envelope printer, ink cartridge and quality monitoring
  5. Envelope sealers, water and cleaning
  6. PC’s, Contactless card readers
  7. Finished pack storage
