Join our dynamic team as a Technical Architect, a multifaceted technical and client-facing role. You'll be integral in defining and implementing solutions to meet client needs, supporting our applications with technical configurations, and contributing to our product roadmap.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients, primarily NHS trusts, to define and scope solutions.
• Engage with key NHS stakeholders including IT, transformation teams, clinical information, and technical teams.
• Produce mock-ups of proposed solutions.
• Support the Infinity team with configuration-related work for the Infinity Health application.
• Collaborate with technical colleagues, product and project management teams, and clinical risk experts to ensure solutions are risk-free.
• Develop new features and contribute to the product roadmap.
• Advocate for and operate within an Agile delivery environment.
• Operate within a DevOps environment.
• Develop technical capability within the company.
• Empower, support, and develop staff to achieve high performance standards.
• Foster a supportive, collaborative, and creative working culture

Skills & Competencies:

• Proven experience in technical project leadership.
• Proficiency in Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, Docker containers.
• Experience in managing cloud environments, firewalls, servers, and databases.
• Front-end development experience.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with Svelte and Figma.
• Proficiency in RESTful API development.
• Experience with Heroku.
• Healthcare-related development experience.
