An excellent opportunity has arisen with our client who are a leading SaaS company. The company provide data driven applications used by some of the worlds biggest brands.
The Technical Services Engineer will provide technical support to our client base and internal users and this is a exciting time to join a forward-thinking company on a diverse range of platforms and new technologies.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Building and configuring SaaS applications for new clients.
- Working with clients to enable integrations such as Microsoft Exchange / Google Workspace and SSO (Single Sign-On)
- Ensuring ticketing system (Jira) is always up to date.
- Joining Sales/Delivery/Support calls to provide technical input on areas such as systems integration or hardware.
- Authoring and supporting clients with technical project/design documentation.
- Constantly looking for ways to improve technical delivery processes, teamwork, and knowledge sharing.
- Occasional client site visits in a technical support role.
- Investigating escalated client support issues and resolving or escalating, with high quality supporting documentation and communication throughout.
- Participate in “Out of Hours” escalation rota
- Proven experience providing technical support to internal/external users.
- An understanding of modern authentication methods (SSO).
- Basic HTML/CSS experience
- Intermediate SQL (SSMS).
- Basic knowledge of API Integrations.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Entra.
- Basic knowledge of AWS.
- Good attention to detail and the technical ability to be able to find solutions to complex problems.
- Knowledge of networking/firewalls/VPNs
- Up to £30,000 base salary
- Fully Remote
- 25 days holidays (plus bank holidays).
- Laptop and necessary equipment provided.
- PMI after successful completion of probation.
- Company pension after 3 months service.
