They are looking for someone who has previous technical support experience, as well as someone who has excellent written and communication skills. They are also looking for someone who has good organisational skills!

Technical Support Advisor Duties:

Dealing with customer support requests
Liaising with mobile network providers
Assisting internal and external teams with their queries
Delivering monthly quality and quantity targets
